Corporate and ADR Program Inquiries

Contact American Ombudsman Enterprises

American Ombudsman Enterprises welcomes general corporate inquiries and inquiries from labor organizations, employers, employer associations, labor-management committees and other authorized stakeholders interested in collectively bargained workers’ compensation alternative dispute resolution.

Since 1994, AOE has helped labor and management develop and operate workers’ compensation ADR Programs. Services offered include Program planning and implementation, day-to-day Program administration, ombudsman services, mediation and arbitration support, case-management systems and related dispute-resolution services.

This is the general corporate contact page. Questions involving an existing workers’ compensation claim, ADR case, pending dispute, Program form or request for participant assistance should be directed to the Office of the Ombudsman.
